I am back! For those who followed the blog, I
apologize for disappearing. And if you are new here, thank you for dropping
by.
Where did you go M?
Nowhere in particular, but everywhere! Made two interstate moves in the last year, which meant months and months of packing, unpacking and purging. Trekked down from Georgia to Maryland and then to Virginia. Bought our first home, of course did not realize the burden of home ownership. Followed by new job, new friends and many mini near disastrous renovations. Also completely forgot to renew the old domain.
So here I am today, a year and some months later, with 2017 peaking behind the horizon. The blog has a new name, perhaps few tweaks to the look, and many new recipes and adventures to share with you.
I give you back my Cheeseburger Pockets recipe from my childhood. A puff pastry pocket, stuffed with spicy ground beef and tons of cheese. I keep coming back to these guys, especially during Hosting Season. Easy to prepare, and makes for great appetizers. I always serve mine with ketchup! It’s the proper way to eat a cheeseburger.
